After receiving the registration from JIWA DAMAI, we will make reservations and ask the customers for a down payment, whitch amounts to the cost of one day per person. |

After receiving the down payment JIWA DAMAI will confirm the reservation and the customer will receive a written statement. |

The customer will receive both a written confirmation of the reservation and an invoice containing the amount of the down payment, payment is due 2 months prior to start. |

| Cancellation Fees |

Cancellation must be in writing. |

Cancellation up to 16 weeks prior to start
The customers is paid back down payment minus an administration fee of 75 € or US $ 100;-

Cancellation 8 weeks prior to start
Down payment is kept as cancellation fee. |

Cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to start
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total is applicable. |

Cancellation 2 weeks prior to start
A cancellation fee of 100% is applicable. |

In case of circumstances beyond JIWA DAMAI control lead to unsatisfactory or non-existent service, both parties may cancel the contract. JIWA DAMAI cannot be held liable for any damages. |

Please let participants know that their passports must be valid for six months. Please ask about the new Indonesian Visa regulation.
The group operator or representative acknowledges and accept this contract with his/her signature. |
